CLEAN & CLEAR IS THE NAME OF THE GAME!

Declutter & De-personalize!

• Kitchen & Bathroom Countertops including small appliances.

• Dresser Tops & Tables should be cleared aside from simplistic decor.

• Everyday Items ( keys, dishes, mail, shoes, toys, toothbrushes) 

• Remove all personal Items from Showers & baths. 

• White Towels Are Best in Bathrooms.

• Hide Trash Cans.

• Open Curtains & Blinds all the way.

• Replace ALL bulbs with bright, white natural day light bulbs. 

• Turn TV's & Computer Screens off.

• Turn Lights on & Fans Off.

• Clean Mirror & Windows.

• Hide All Pet Beds & Pet Items.

• Remove Unnecessary Furniture & Decor. 

• Remove Magnets & Decorations from the Refrigerator. 

  WHEN IN DOUBT, TAKE IT OUT!

• Greenery & Flowers (Fake or Real) look GREAT in photos!

 

EXTERIOR:

• Remove Cars From Driveway.

• Refresh Mulch.

• Introduce Curb Appeal with fresh flowers.

• Mow & Edge Lawn.

• Remove pool toys, equipment, floaties.

• Put Away All Garbage Cans, Hoses, Garden Tools, Toys, Bikes etc.

• Clear Walkways, Driveways, Patios, Decks from Leaves.

• Uncover Grills
